Our Beishuo expansion bolt for structural steel tubeis suitable for use with rectangular, square and circular steelwork sections, or other types of metalwork where access is restricted to one side only.
Our Beishuo expansion bolt for structural steel tubeis ablind bolt connectorthat can be tightened down from one side. The hexagonal sleeve allows it to be held in position with an open ended wrench while a torque wrench is used to tighten the core bolt. As the core bolt is tightened the threaded wedge is drawn up inside the body, the fins expand, and a secure connection is made.

Boxbolt is a fully tested and approved blind fixing solution for connecting to hollow section steelwork or to general ones or where access is restricted to one side only. The Boxbolt fixing is suitable for use with rectangular,square and even circular hollow sections with Large overlapping fixing Range and safety.
The Boxbolt is available in three finishes: Zinc, Hot Galvanised, Stainless steel.
Expansion is created by tightening a threaded bolt which draws a tapered cone expanding a sleeve against the walls of the hole.
Easy to install.
Used in concrete and masonry.
Widely used in fence,burglarproof doors and window,canopy,air conditioning rach fixation,home decoration,engineering,etc.
How to use:
Put the expansion screw into the ground or the hole on the wall and then tighten the nuts of the expansion bolt with wrench.
The bolt goes outside while the metal sheath does not move.
Thus the bigger head of the bolt will expand the metal sheath, making it fill the whole hole.
Now, the expansion screw can not be pulled out.
